1. DISCOVER
First, book in for a discovery call. We’d love to hear more about what you do & where you want to go next.
We’ll get back to you with a clear, fair quote specific to your needs.
If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll ask for 50% of the fee at this point.
2. PREPARE
We’ll ask you to prepare for us everything we need to get started on your site, such as logos, imagery and copy (the text we’ll include).
On our side we’ll create a site map for you to approve that ensures we’re both on the same page with what will be built.
3. DEVELOP
Over to us, we’ll get to work building you a bespoke website that meets your needs.
It’s likely we’ll speak regularly during this point for any clarifications from you.
Once we’ve got a first draft, you’ll get two rounds of amends to ensure it’s just as you’d like it.
4. THRIVE
We’ll help get your new website live!
You’ll get personalised training so you feel confident and in-control maintaining your site.
Once you are completely happy you will pay the remaining 50% fee.
At this point you’ll still have 14 days post-launch support in case anything comes up.
How much does a SCHEDULING SITE cost?
A basic scheduling website costs from £1,300.
This would include:
Base price for a one-page website - £1,000
Appointment scheduling - £100
Additional pages (for Contact & About) - £100 each

Most projects take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the scale of the site.
Do let us know in the discovery call if you have a specific deadline you need to meet, we will do our best to accomodate this.

You will need to have a Squarespace subscription plan and a domain name in order for your new website to go live.
The Squarespace subscription covers website hosting, updates, maintenance and 24/7 support. This fee varies depending on the package you pick.
As part of our service we offer 20% off an annual Squarespace plan, if it’s your first time with Squarespace.
Domain names start from £16 (not inc. VAT) per year with Squarespace.
For specific functionality requirements we might need to integrate a third party plugin that would have an additional cost. If this applies to you we’ll make it very clear in the prepare phase.
If you would prefer for us to manage your site post launch, you will also have to consider the cost of one of our maintenance plans.

As part of the preparation phase you’ll need to provide logos, colours, fonts, imagery and copy (the words we’ll include) that you want included in your site.
In this phase we will produce a site map, that will make it easier for you to identify the sections you need to provide copy and imagery for.
We may also ask you to send details about your services or products.
